Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy – Nakhlah and Nahlah for Date and Honey Products

1. Return Period: We accept return or exchange requests within 48 hours only from the date of receiving the product, due to the perishable nature of our food products.

2. Return Acceptance Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • For honey jars and packaged date containers, the safety seal must be intact and untampered.
  • The original purchase invoice must be included.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged product or one different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with a photo of the product. In this case, we will cover all shipping and replacement costs at no additional charge to the customer.

4. Refund Process:

  • Credit cards: The amount will be refunded to the same card (may take 7–14 business days depending on the bank's policy).
  • Cash payments: The refund will be processed via bank transfer or cash (minus delivery fees for the return).
