Welcome to Nakhlah and Nahlah for Date and Honey Products. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Terms These terms apply to all visitors and users of nakhlawnahla.com. By using the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the site under the supervision of a legal guardian.

2. Products and Prices All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. We make every effort to display accurate images and descriptions of our date and honey products, however we cannot guarantee they are completely free of human error.

3. Orders and Payment Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Payments are processed securely through the certified Geidea payment gateway. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been accepted and processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery Orders are shipped within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times are estimates, and the store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping companies.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Nakhlah and Nahlah and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability Nakhlah and Nahlah is not responsible for any incidental damages resulting from improper use of the website or products.

7. Privacy and Data Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted on the Shopify platform, which complies with international data security standards.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.


Return and Exchange Policy

At Nakhlah and Nahlah, we always strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, we follow this policy:

1. Return Period We accept return or exchange requests within 48 hours only from the date of receiving the product.

2. Return Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened.
  • For honey jars and packaged date containers, the security seal must be intact and untampered.
  • Proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt) must be provided.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products If you receive a damaged product or one different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with a photo of the product. In this case, we will cover all shipping and replacement costs at no additional charge to the customer.

4. Refund Process

  • Card payments (Visa/Mastercard): Refunded to the same card used, may take 7–14 business days depending on the bank's policy.
  • Cash payments: Refunded via bank transfer or cash, minus the delivery fees for the return.

5. Non-Returnable Cases

  • More than 48 hours have passed since receiving the order.
  • Food product packaging has been opened or the security seal has been tampered with, for public health and safety reasons.
