1. Delivery Areas We deliver orders to all areas across the United Arab Emirates.

2. Delivery Timeframe Within the UAE, orders are prepared and delivered within a maximum of 1 to 2 business days from the order confirmation date. Please note that orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

3. Delivery Fees Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are clearly displayed in the order summary. We may offer free shipping promotions on orders exceeding a certain value (announced on the website).

4. Order Tracking Once your order is out for delivery, you may receive a text message or call from the delivery company to confirm the exact delivery time. Please ensure your address and phone number are entered accurately to guarantee a smooth delivery.

5. Receiving Your Order We recommend inspecting your products immediately upon receipt to ensure they are in good condition. If any damage resulting from shipping is found, please notify us within 48 hours in accordance with our return policy.
